A Qualified Lead Credit is consumed only when a lead passes all four gates: fit score ≥ 60, verified or acceptable email, not on your suppression list, and not a duplicate. If a lead fails any gate, no credit is charged.

An AI Generation is consumed once per Company Brain extraction run, ICP hypothesis generation, or Content Studio draft. Editing and regenerating sections within the same draft does not consume an additional generation.

Credits and AI Generations reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

Yes. You can purchase credit top-ups at any time from Settings > Billing without upgrading your plan.

Azzy uses Apify to crawl publicly accessible pages. Crawled content is processed in your workspace and never shared with other workspaces.

Yes. You can paste manual facts, upload documents, or add any public URL such as a press release, case study, or product page.

A Hypothesis is extracted by AI and marked as unverified. A Fact has been explicitly approved by a workspace member. Only approved Facts are used in ICP scoring and Content Studio.

Azzy queries public professional databases via Apify actors. We do not purchase data from brokers. All data is sourced from publicly accessible profiles and company directories.

The fit score (0–100) is a weighted composite of five signals: company fit, role fit, problem evidence, data confidence, and contact quality. The AI justifies each score in plain language.

Any email address, domain, company name, or person name you add to the suppression list will never appear in search results and will never consume a credit, even if they match your ICP perfectly.

Never. Each workspace is fully isolated at the database level with Row Level Security. No workspace can access another workspace's data.

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU-West region. AI calls go to OpenAI with no training opt-in.

Yes. You can export or delete all your workspace data at any time from Settings > Data. We process only publicly available B2B data and provide full data portability.
